The kill ratio during warfare is always going to be higher than during an occupation. During our time over there now, we are in more of a preserve and retain mode than a capture mode. We are on the defensive now, not the offensive.

yeah right, if it is 200 to 1 and people are saying 3000 + americans died. Than that means 600,000 + iraq died.
