The increased pressure in blood vessel when you sneezed could have caused a weak spot in the blood vessel to bulge, which is called an aneurysm. If the bubble should break or leak, it's called a stroke. If the pain is severe, it might very well be worth seeing a doctor!

I have had about 3 or 4 migraines in my life. If you had one, you would not be on the computer right now, b/c the light from the computer screen would hurt your eyes way too much. Also, a migraine is a VERY strong pulling feeling in the FRONT of your head-usually between your eyes. Your probably just jarred some nerves back there or something, but I would lay down-maybe even on a heat pack.

I don't know how the sneeze has anything to do with it, but I have had a headache just like yours for the past two days. It's a pounding feeling and I have been very sensitive to noise and light. Try taking 2 aleve and laying down for a while.

I've pinched a nerve in my neck by sneezing, and that gives me a hell of a headache. Take a couple of paracaetamol tablets and go to sleep.
