How do I say "teaspoon" and "tablespoon" in Spanish while referring to how much of something is used in a recipe?

I was taught in Venezuela:
Tablespoon: Cucharada
Teaspoon: Cucharadita
Cup: Taza
It probably varies with the countries

teaspoon = cucharadita (de té)

tablespoon = cucharada (de sopa)
