Bluetooth is a technology to let devices communicate wirelessly. For instance, a cellphone with bluetooth can have a bluetooth headset and you can talk on the headset without needing wires.
USB Bluetooth is if you don't have built-in bluetooth on your computer and so you can buy a bluetooth transmitter/receiver that plugs into the USB port and gives your computer bluetooth capability. For instance, my laptop has bluetooth built in, but my old one didn't, and so I bought a bluetooth communicator that plugged into my USB port and then it could talk to bluetooth-enabled devices.
USB Flash disk is a storage device, like an electronic hard drive. It's unrelated to bluetooth.

Bluetooth is a standard for transmitting signals between devices , like headset to cellphone or pda to computer.
Flash disk is a moniker used to describe small rewrittable memory either as USB key, camera memory, cellphone memory.
