Cocktail Weiners
4-5 pkgs of cocktail weiners

Combine all ingredients in a crockpot & cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve warm

Here are a few:

Pinwheel sandwiches
take flour tortillas, spread with cream cheese (softened), add those thin sliced ham (very thin is best), brush on Pesto sauce, sprinkle with parmesean cheese. Roll up and slice about 1 inch thick. Make great little sandwiches for partys or snacks.

Super Meatballs
Buy Turkey (for low cal) or beef already made meatballs about one 16 oz package. Add to pot with one cup of water, one jar of Chili sauce (del monte or ? but must say chili sauce on label), plus 1/2 of an 8oz jar of grape jelly, plus 1/2 small onion sliced.
Mix over low heat. Cook until sauce thickens a little by simmering for about a half hour. Put meatballs on a plate with toothpicks for a get together or party. They taste great.

Ranch roll ups

I 8oz pkg Philly cream cheese (softened)
1 pkg hidden valley ranch dressing (dry)
green onions (chopped)
black olives (chopped)
cheddar cheese (shredded)
flour tortillas (small ones)

Mix cream cheese and dry ranch dressing thoroughly.
Spread some onto a tortilla (as if you were spreading mayo or mustard).

Sprinkle olives, onions, and cheese over tortillas.

Roll up tortillas. Cut on angle so you get little triangles.

Repeat until tortilla sheels and cream cheese mixture is gone.

Best if refrigerated overnight.. or at least a few hours.

If you don't like the sprinkle ingrediants...you can change them..say tomatoes instead of olives..ect.

Enjoy!

scallops wrapped in bacon is very good. As is salsa dip. My favorite is cream cheese, salsa, with shredded monteray Jack and Chedder layered in pie dish baked @ 250 until it begins to bubble around the edges. mmmm good. You can also get some great game day ideas from foodnetwork.com.

Are you talking about for adults or kiddies? Little cocktail wieners or sausages on toothpicks, hard boiled eggs, little sandwiches, veggies, fruit or chips with dip. Little cheese puffs, filled puff pastries. mini quiches, rumaki variations, shot glasses of cold soups, etc.

Check out kraftfoods.com for great ideas using crescent rolls, etc.

Enjoy!
