You have way too much time on your hands if you are asking serious questions in such a silly tone. I would suggest you take all that spare time and read the Bible. It is where God revealed Himself to mankind and it is not in any super tricky code.

It could seem so. Seeing God's actions is kind of like looking out a window. If the window is clean, you can see more clearly than if the window is dirty. If you have a pure heart and sincerely want to be close to God, you will see opportunities to serve him and know him all around you. If your heart isn't that pure, and your motives aren't really sincere, you don't get a clear view of Him.

You've got to want to see Him - as a created thing that's worthless without Him.

Yeah, you need those decoder rings and gotta scan it over the Bible. His messages will appear inside the text. It's different for every person
