If Muslim men get virgins in Heaven, why can't the women get virgins, too?

If you truly are serious in your question, you'd most likely know by now that there is no such thing in Islam as virgins as a reward in heaven. I don't blame you for not knowing because you seem young, and some people like to tell young folks whatever they want them to believe, whether they believe it themselves or not. So if you'd rather not be a tool of people with ill hearts and evil intentions, then for the sake of yourself and the world around you, study things on your own. You're bound to get more truth than what you've been told so far.

In islam you dont get virgins in heaven its just something made up dont listen to non muslims about this get the truth from muslims

if quran was with women, it should not restrict women in coverings as they do.
