Poppy has just come off heat it was the first time she has ever been on heat.
We also live with a male dog.

She should be taken to the vet as soon as possible. Is the male dog unnuetered? I'm assuming she's not spayed if you think she might be pregnant; is that correct? Be aware that having two dogs that aren't fixed is a surefire way to have a litter of puppies....which sounds cute, but is in reality expensive, messy, dangerous, and time-consuming. Regarding your female dog's health, it could be a holdover from the surge of hormones in her body from the heat, it could be pregnancy, it could be breast cancer.....take her to the vet for a thorough checkup and spay (if at all possible).
