mine was desexed a while back. they kept him overnight at the vets, but he was fine and normal the next day when we picked him up from the vets. just make sure you get a collar so he doesnt pick at the stitches.
unfortunately, even though we had a collar on mine, he still managed to get at the stitches (not quite sure how - he was pretty clever to manage it) after that first week, but that was ok, cause it had started to heal up by then anyway.

Assuming you mean neutered......Most male dogs recover quikly. 7-10 days is average if there are no complicatons. Keep him as calm and quiet as you can for the first 5-7 days to reduce the chances of swelling. Prevent him from licking at the incision to prevent infection. An elizabehan collar is great for prevention of licking when needed.

You mean neutered. About 2-3 weeks to fully heal. Thats if they don't keep licking the incision

It takes about 24 hours for them to start feeling better and about a week to get back to normal.

if you mean neutered it depends on the dog if you watch and make sure he dosent lick it about a week or two : )

a day or so,,,, they come home the same day.... none the worse for wear... just keep em calm ( if you can) so he doesn't rip a stitch
