I caught up with this girl from high school on myspace, where having lunch tommrow, she sent me a comment asking if i got plans and had pics of whiped cream an hand cuffs, and roses, does this mean she wants to have sex? should i bring a flower or something?

Your question comes across as she wants you to bring pic's of these things, including a rose. And then you ask if you should bring a real rose.You should read your question over again. Does not make sense. I would cancel this lunch until you find out if she wants you to buy these things or just photo's of them.
And never give one rose to a girl. The meaning of one rose is to have sex only and nothing else more.
