How about frying up some red and green bell peppers, chopped onions, and pieces of the Vienna Sausage and throw in some tomato sauce, serve over rice or noodles.

1. Add it to omelette.
Put in some bell peppers (yellow, red, green) for color.
2. You can toast it until the skin darkens.
(not a good idea if you're a health freak)

It sounds gross, but as a kid I ate them with pancakes and maple syrup. Don't know if I'd try that as a grownip though! lol I loved it as a kid!
