what company ,if any provides the cups for baskin robbins?

The best answer I can give you is either to call them or stop in and ask them who their cup distributor is. This will give you a definite answer to where they come from.

Depending on where in the country they are different companys will make them. I use to work at a resturant and that is how is was... Even though they were all the same. Check their website for company info. Try checking the cups for some sort of logo aswell.
