Dressing for the ball???

Question

I am not a really dressy person but i dont want to go in a tux, it is only the year 11 ball so nothing extravagent or real expensive (im not exsaclt 'in the money' either). i want to wear something original and not too girly and just something that will suit me for who i am, any ideas? thank you so much :)

this is assuming you look similar to your avatar.

a simple white dress. not wedding style.
just white and simple.

2 or 3 small flowers for decoration,

pearl style buttons, (if any buttons at all)

at a comfy cut, so it flow freely,
but doesn't hang off 3 inches or constricts your breathing.

and a slanting-cut bottem, from about the knee, to about half-way down the shin.

as a guy, i don't like very complex dresses. but i don't like bland either.


this is what i would where if i where female. an odd but true statement

well since you don't wanna go in a tux... maybe a tux/dress, like a tie and coat with a dress?
