Being blunt shows maturity. I think guys like it when we approach them...because guys never know how to just say things to us. It helps when you go to them and talk for them. Telling a guy you like him is great...yeah, you're nervous..but so what..nervousness is just another human emotion...just jump right in....live life...we only have one life to live...right?

I would prefer blunt. But thats me.
His personality may decide what you should do. Maybe try a couple of days of suttle, let him try it on for size so to speak.....if he doesn't get it, then try blunt.

Guys are simple minded. If you drop him hints, he won't get it like a girl would. :) Ask him if he wants to walk with you to lunch one day, and tell him then. Be blunt with it.
Good luck! :)

Wait until the time is right. Try to find out about him and see if you have anything in common. When the time is right, tell him how you feel.

yeah, you want to seem mature and the way to do that would be to go to him yourself , and maybe ask him first out for a coffee or somthing. Then if you guys hit it off, go and tell him you like him.

It depends on how close you are to him and what his personality type is. I think if you feel comfortable enough with him and yourself, considering the fact that there could possibly be rejection, then you should go for it.

You should be honest with him and tell him what you think. It is always good to be direct in order to ensure that there is no chance of a misunderstanding.

Just tell him. Write him a note if that would be better.
