Here's a little background. I like this girl. I asked her out on a date once, and she said that she was interested in someone else. Ok, no problems, I was bummed but I moved on. After about a month she started to email me again asking how I'm doing? So I still played it low, but then she kept emailing me, so I asked her out again, but as just friends. She said that would be great. So here's my problem. Does she just want to be friends or more? I don't think I could be just friends with her, so would I be wasting my time just being friends thinking I could get a relationship started other than friends?

I don't think I would want to date a guy who couldn't just be friends with me if I wasn't available (emotionally or otherwise).
Wasting your time???!?! OUCH!

here is the best advice u will ever get...
GIRLS ARE THE MOST COMPLICATED THING U WILL EVER MEET!!!!! trying to figure us out might be a threat to your health, and your sanity! just kidding!
if she started e-mailing u again, she probably doesnt like the other guy anymore. go out a couple of times as friends, and see if she makes a move first. then, if she doesnt, and she doesnt act like she wants to be more than friends, dont ask her out. if she does act like she want to be more than friends, ASK HER OUT ALREADY!!

I say go for it. Your never waisting your time when you make friends. If you find it is something more then you have to decide what you want. The ball is now in your court. Just don't let her use you. Some men can be easily used.

maybe the other guy didn't work out and so she decided that maybe she did like you after all. either way you should go out with her. if it seems right then make the move. but you shouldn't have that attitude. you should be happy to be friends with her even if she wants to be more, but by the looks of it, she's looking for more than friends.

Sounds like she just really enjoys you as a friend. Whats wrong with just being her friend? At least you could be a part of her life. Who knows, one day she might really fall for you. That's usually what happens.

She took a second look at you and reconsidered her first decision when you asked her out.
She likes you.
Go 4 it.
