They will most likely take a small amount of blood to test to find out. Most likely they will want it to be a fasting blood test, meaning they won't want you to eat for 8 - 12 hours before the test. It's possible you are diabetic, border-line diabetic, or like you said, hypoglycemic. Best to get checked, all of these conditions need treatment, and the sooner the better. Good Luck.
P.S.- My husband and his mother can both get hypoglycemic, if they get too hungry their hands start to shake and they feel faint. My father-in-law is border-line diabetic, he has some of the symptoms you described.

You could be hypoglycemic, you could have an infection, you could be having a reaction to a medication, could be anemic. Go see a doctor and they will be able to narrow down the list of possibilities. Aside from that make sure you are eating a balanced diet, and drinking enough water, getting enough sleep, you know all the healthy stuff.

they would probably do a blood test over a few hours, or have you drink a sugar drink, and check your sugar in a few hours. The treatment is frequent small meals, protein foods for long lasting energy and to keep your sugar up. But, either way, you should go and get it checked out, don't try to doctor yourself

It could be a lot of things, but hypoglycemia or thyroid disorders come to mind. Of course, if you aren't eating right, this could be the culprit as well. Also, stress can do some crazy things to our systems.
I hope you feel better soon!
