That actually isn't hard, It is 14 seconds in the 1/4...
Tune a turbo/intercooler setup to the engine, underdrive pulley(s)
and maybe even a tuner module.
Stage II or III if you have a granny tranny, Competition clutch and short throw stick if you have the gearbox.
I would stay away from the NOS untill you do the actual engine bolt-ons that are available for the Mustang (There are TONS)

DO TRIED AND TRUE BOLT ON'S HEADERS, EXHAUST,COLD AIR INTAKE AND GET IT TO THE GROUND. IF YOU GOING TO GET THE PERFORMANCE YOUR LOOKING FOR I THINK YOUR GOING TO MAKE MORE POWER THAN A 150 WILL GIVE YOU. DON'T NEGLETE THE DRIVETRAIN GO WITH LOWER REAR RATIO WILL ALSO HELP. BE CAREFUL WITH THE INTERNALS WITH MORE THAN 150SHOT--TUNE VERY IMPORTANT.

A 10,000 gallon fuel tanker exploding right behind it should do the trick.
