I went in there this morning, there were four of them standing behind the counter with about 30 people in line and they were just talking. Sorry for the rant.

yeah youre right it takes them forever to make the simplest things. you would think that they would have that stuff pre made. i went and there were like 3 people in the entire store including me and it took 15 minutes to get a coffee...

It could have been for a valid reason, like the power went off behind the counter? Things aren't always the way they appear...

Because if they were actually useful they wouldn't be working at Starbucks. They're just in it for the free coffee and McDonalds fired them.
