I've flown on USA3000 Airlines and gotten a low rate. From what I know, the fares are low compared to other airlines but they have a small selected market on the East coast, Mexico, Caribbean, and Bermuda (only from Baltimore). You can also book online using a promotional code "ONLINE" to save a discount.

Actually JetBlue is more expensive in my experience. Same with most of the other "low-fare" airlines. Plus they're crappier than other airlines
