Probably not for a long time they have been having delays with getting them out... and also Singapre Airlines is the first airline to receive them so my guess is at least a couple years

It already has with a test flight on the 14th November 2006 to Los Angeles. See below...

Qantas will be probably first to fly commerciallyfrom MEL to Los Angeles, not until Spring / Summer 2008 since Singapore who is getting the first A380 is planning on still using the 747-400 according to timetables. things can change as always however!
