Or just high school because im applying and they said they are going to do a background check and they asked for my credit report, high school transcrips, college transtrips, and they need to do the lifescan<-- and i dont know what would they check because in middle school i took a knif to school(dont ask why) lol and well i lamost go expelled but i didnt and it is not in my record as a misdeameanor nor a felony i didnt get no ticket no nothing for it So i was wondering if that would affect me? but like i said i didnt get charged for anything! Well really appreciate it Thank You!

It probably will not affect you. When you go through the background investigation, your investigator will ask you questions about your background. If they ask you questions about any trouble in middle school, tell them the truth. Odds are good that telling them will not hurt you. On the other hand, odds are good that if you don't tell the agency and they do find out, you probably won't get hired.

Remember, always tell the truth!

Each law enforecment has it's own policy when it come down to Background checks. Some will only contact peple via phone or now the e mail, and there are some that will go any were and talk to anyone that has know you. A federal background check can take a much as 3 years to complete were some state and local backgrounds can take weeks.
