..... I don't have a mate, kids, nor do I believe in God, so they are off my list
For me life is about having a good time, fostering loving relationships, and making the most out of our one shot at being. Clothes/appearance/material **** means very little to me!

OK. Don't know why you're doing this, but you need to know that if you give people the option of rating a group of variables from most to least preferred, you can usually only rely on their being able to use a five-point scale. You've got eleven items here, so your results will be pretty meaningless - apart from maybe the top and bottom two. I offer this advice in case you're doing it for some kind of project from which you want to draw some firm conclusions.
Also, if a survey like this is to produce any kind of useful data, its components must be independent of one another, and I don't think that you could claim that either.

I also like to do my best but I don't care about being the best and I want my home to be well kept and comfortable but it doesn't have to be fancy or anything. Same with my clothing.

Can't rate them in specific order, that is too hard. I'll do groupings.
1-3:my mate, my parents and personal happiness
4-6: my health, personal appearance, and being the best at whatever I do
7-9: nice home/fine clothes, my career, personal appearance, and entertainment
In each group they aren't in a particular order. In addition, I'm agnostic so I left out worship of God and I have no children.
