Once a week. My son seems to leak out of his diaper sometimes at night. If that happens, I change it right then. Pee-u!

I changed my crib sheets as needed. I never had to ask that question because my babies were always making a mess of some sort and I ended up changing the sheets about once every couple days.
Generally, if the baby has spit up, drooled, sweated, had a diaper leak, a bottle leak or made some other kind of mess, change the sheets.

Crib sheets should be changed often, babies drool, leak urine and in some homes drink formula in their beds( not recommended). This increases the potential for viruses and bacteria to grow. I change our sheets at least weekly, cribs sheets everyother day, or more often if needed.

I change my daughters crib sheets once a week unless she spits up or her diaper leaks or something else.

I change them everytime I do her laundry, so every 3-4 days. She's spit up only once and that time the sheet was changed immediately.

Babies drool and poo and who knows what. I changed my crib sheets almost daily because they obviously needed it.
My children's sheets get changed once a week unless they need it sooner
