Well if you really do like this girl, you should definitely tell her. You never know, she may like you back! But if you don't tell her, nothing will ever happen between the two of you. If you actually like her for her, (not just for her looks cause girls can tell if a guy only likes her for her appearance) than go for it! If you're going after her just for her looks, maybe you should get to know each other more. Either tell her in person or if you sit by her in a class, write her a note. If it turns out she doesn't like you, it's her loss, at least you told her instead of waiting until some other guy asked her out.
