Make sure it's at the right moment. If you're not dating her, DON'T TELL HER THAT!!!! It'll freak her out. But, as I hope you are, you're dating her. So, wait until you're out together and she's in your arms. If you want it to mean a lot, make sure you have eye contact with her and tell her you love her as you lean in to kiss her. It'll make her melt.

make sure your at the right stage, or else it'll screw it all up. they're weird like that. after a great date and a goodnight kiss tell her before you drop her off at her house

my advise play her fave song on your cd player and tell her how
you fell about her and then tell her you love her
