Believe it or not Toothpaste. Rub some on before you go to bed. Can't be the green or red kind. Regular white toothpaste. Don't know why, but it works.

I know that this may sound strange, but I've taken a blow-dryer and held it over the pimple for as long as I could stand it and by the next day it was starting to dry up and go away.

You are going to think I"m crazy....but it really works. Clean it well with alcohol or some type of astringent and then put anti-perspirant on it (yes...like the kind you use under your arms). It dries out the pimple and gets rid of it fast. I've tried it.

Put "Clean and Clear" on it in heavy amounts while you sleep (beware, this might bleach your bed sheets!). This does often help.

toothpaste........wash your face, and just dab it on before you go to sleep at night.
