If the person smoking the cigarette isn't a regular smoker, than they might be getting a slight buzz from the cigarette that adds to the weed high and thats where the myth may have come from. Personally, I am a smoker and I haven't noticed that smoking makes you feel the effects of the weed any more than not smoking, but I know that having a drink to relax before you smoke or while you smoke sure does :) Also, don't eat too close to smoking, it lowers the intensity of the buzz.

no, if you haven't had a cigarette in a long time then it would give you a head rush but if you are a regular smoker then no not at all, i would reccommend if your looking for a really cool trippy relaxing time to get twisted with some vodka and weed but don't drink to much vodka just enough to get you buzzed then smoke weed, i have never been more relaxed in my life haha, tho i stopped smoking a month ago and i would reccomment that you don't do it because u will end up realizing that it gets you nooo where, but if you do in fact do it, do it in moderation or just occasionally don't be a pot head and do it everyday, lol sorry for the lecture haha hope this helped!

Some people say so (my buddy called it the 300% buzz). In my experience, it jump-starts the buzz, but kills it quicker. I found that I felt high longer if I abstained from the cigarette and reached my low point (where it was time to smoke again) faster when I did have a smoke after... umm.. well, having a smoke.

Ahh... those were the days...

nope you're right that its b.s. i think its just that the high takes a couple minutes to set in and most people light up a smoke right after a doobie so it seems as though they are higher. it really doesn't make sence that a peorson would get high from smoking a ciggarette, unless you haven't ever had one or haven't had a smoke in a really long time, then you get a niccotine buzz

Well something in the cigarette, nicotine maybe gives you a little head buzz. So high on top of head buzz. yeah definately a bit of a head change.

No, it doesn't make you higher because it is a cigarette and not weed. Smoking a cigarette just makes your high last longer.

I know friends that smoke and they say if they drink or smoke weed then have a cigarette it hits them so much harder...I dunno why, but everyone says that maybe its just mental? or maybe the smoke pushes things down further who knows
