It's likely Dutch.

It's clearly Germanic, but not German. It looks like some form of Low German to me, so closer to Dutch, Frisian and Old English than to modern German, but not (I believe) any of them.

However, the meaning should be obvious to anyone with some knowledge of a Germanic languages and of the Bible:

Babylon the Great, the mother of harlots and abominations of the earth.

I believe it's German, but the words are misspelled.
