Lychee ice cream is a good choice. If you can't find any, it's easy to make:
Drain a can of lychees and mince them, then mix with high-quality ice cream (I suggest Ben & Jerry's vanilla or Bryer's).
Alternatively (if you want something hot), try sweet buns (these are actually Japanese, but sooo tasty!):
1 cup glutinous-rice flour
3/4 cup warm water
Mix rice flour and warm water, then knead well. Form into small balls and drop them in a steamer. Steam on high heat for about 10 minutes. Let them cool and them skewer them on kebabs.
3/4-1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons potato starch or cornstarch
1 1/2 tablespoons water
Combine the water, sugar, and soy sauce in a pan over medium heat. SEPARATELY mix the water and potato starch in a cup and set aside. Once the sugar concoction boils, add the starch mixture and whisk quickly. Slightly grill the skewered dumplings and brush the sauce over them.

" You should make Sago Pudding with tropical fruit "
" Sago is made from Tapioca and can be bought from most
supermarkets or Asian shops. It's often served in Chinese
restaurant for dessert, and is very easy to make."
" Simply simmer the Tapioca with coconut milk ,palm sugar,
vanilla essence until the Tapioca has become transparent
and soft like Caviar , taste , adjust flavours as so desired
and pour into a container to let cool and refrigerate ."
" Serve chilled with diced mango, banana and passion fruit or
vanilla ice-cream !! YUM YUM "

Those Chinese donut type things are good. Fattening but good. Just deep fry the raw canned biscuit dough and while it's still hot toss it in sugar. Serve them warm though. They're nasty cold.
