Yahoo Formating dropping out...Norton problem?

Question

I'm losing the "formating" for lack of a better term on Yahoo Answers, Personals and even some fields in email. The computer I'm at for the next month is a DSL connection (I know). I've heard this might be caused by the Norton Anti-virus program being run on the computer. Help! How do I fix this?

delete norton and try the AVG free addition
I always had trouble with the norton...avg is better
