You can't export an entire database in one move. (Well, I lie, but you have to write VB code for that). But you can export individual tables, one by one. One simple way is to open the table, select all the rows (Edit | Select All Records), Copy, then open Excel and paste. There they'll be. Row 1 of the sheet will even have the field names of the table.

Try this one...

Save the Table Form into .CSV, or comma separated value text file, then open it in Microsoft Excel.
