you should limit this to avoid hair damage. its better to have maintenance to avoid this such as hair spa, repair etc.

yes it does - this is a process that can permanantly damage your hair until it grows completely out. It can not be washed out and often your hair will be damaged to the point that no curls will return. If you do decide to do this it is always recommended that you use a professional hair stylist. Most often your hair will need to be cut shortly after straightening.

If you use a heat tamer, it will put off the damage 4 awhile, but it's inevitable- ur hair will be damaged. It increases split ends and frizzies...it zaps all the natural oils out of ur hair

Any heat applied to your hair on a regular basis will damage it.

no, not alwayz. if you straighten it EVERY day it will sooner or later get kind of frizzy and uncomfortable. but if you straighten within a 2-3 period it workz

I have a straightner and what i do is get a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner so it revives it. IT WORKS>

are you doing chemicals or an iron. either way condition the swell out of it

yep...if you do it regularly. ii suggest using a hair protector, like got2b's "crazy sleek hot-smooth hair loton"...love it!!!
