measure out 4 quarts of water, put in pan and turn on to medium or medium high heat until you see a lot of big bubbles (haha)

if you want, add a little bit of salt

add the noodles and turn up the heat to high and stir the noodles so they come apart

stir it occasionally while it cooks for 20 minutes...dump into a drainer (get water out of pan) and noodles should be soft -you can cut with a fork to make sure they are done-

Boil one gallon of water with two teaspoons of salt in it.
Put the still frozen noodles into the boiling water.
Keep stirring to prevent the noodles from sticking together.
Once it is boiling again, keep cooking for another 20 minutes.
Now it is done. So drain off all the water.
Eat.

That is simply explained, but be cautious when it comes back to a boil that it does not boil over, you may have to tweak the flame down a bit to maintain you "controlled" boil till the desired doneness

throw some salt in water, wait for it to boil, throw your noodles in and cook them until they are the way you like them (uncovered for 20 min)

Sounds pretty simple, to me.

What don't you understand?
