most men compare it to having a shower with a rain coat on - your in the water but not really getting wet.

There is a difference in the feeling, for some, however it varies from person to person.
If a man is circumcised often, but not always it can bother him less to wear one, since he will usually be quite sensitive anyway, and it will help him slow down the speed of reaching ejaculation.
If a man is not circumcised, then the foreskin can mean he is less sensitive and it can be more of a nuisance to put on.
Also some men have to work quite hard to get to ejaculate and the condom can make it even harder, to get the right stimulation.
Basically it varies! However in terms of STD's and pregnancy it does not vary. Unless you both go to a clinic/surgery/hospital and have all your tests done and are clear, or you both have recent results and haven't had sex with anyone since the tests; then you shouldn't have unprotected sex.
Even if you do have the tests and you are both clear, if you want to have unprotected sex you need to have some method of birth control. I hope this helps. Good Luck!

Yes there is a different feeling. It reduces the feeling by about 50% to 60% not to mention the fact the I once used one and it broke on me. The whole end blew off. They suck more than any girlfriend I've ever had.

If anyone want to make it feel better they should also be prepared to pay the price which includes being a parent and STDs some of which there is no cure. These things happen every day. No one is imune.

Girl, I ask the same question! They all say theres a difference of feeling, but I think they just lazy as hell. I have 2 options for guys like that:
Either strap on the rubber or your a** aint getting none! (lol)

Always use a condom with a guy you have now met. No matter what the excuse always use a condom.

Yes there is. Its more natural for them and for some men, the time it takes them to get one out, put it on, they've gone limp and wont want to do anything.
