You can't die from depression.

You will be surprised that talking to some one can help you.

Talk to some one you don't know at first and then gradually bring other people into a group.

You wont know if you don't try it. Most people have been through this. No one can help you if you don't ask.

Different people will say different things. I say yes. I think that your emotions are directly tied with your health. However, I think it has to be a strong sort of depression such as loosing a friend, parent, war, ect.

Seriously, if you're this worried about it then go and get some help. It's not healthy to be depressed.Do it for yourself. You've only got one shot at life. Do you really want to spend it depressed?

i know how you feel.. i've been depressed for 5 years now. i've been on all kinds of meds... been in the hosp. 8 times and i still have problems, but to answer .. yes you can die from depression.depression causes you to either over eat or under eat this causes great stress on your body. your health will suffer as long as you suffer from depression. if you don't want to get help than don't but you will have a great deal of pain to handle. try talking to someone who has been there or suffering also. and yas i tried to kill myself, but now everytime i think of it i think of my son and i cry a little harder

so if you want talk to me
take care

I take medication for depression and I feel so much better. Why don't you want to take pills when they can make you feel so much better? Do you like suffering and thinking about suicide daily??? I don't understand your reasoning on this at all.

I'm sure that along with your depression comes anxioty . That adds stress. I'm sure that you know what stress does to your blood pressure. Please talk to your parents about the way you feel. You're too young to be thinking about suicide.
