Do not participate by gossiping or listening to gossip. Make new friends if that's what it takes.

You wont stop it. the best thing to do is to just stay out of it. Do your best to not get involved in it and if you do, just be calm and relax and understand that , sadly, this is a part of life and ppl are like that. People will talk about you until the day you die, I dont care who you are. You could be the best at what you do but some people dont want to congratulate, they feel the need to hate and put down. So just try your best to not get too involved.

That ingredient of your loved ones substitute into un-accepting of you and your existence options so as far as i'm worried they have not authentic to ***** approximately what you probably did or did not do. i've got faith you made the main appropriate selection as your sister is conscious and is of the same opinion with you. you elect to stay in contact on your nephews and your sisters existence that's extremely kin like of you :) i think of you may rigidity much less with regard to the Deacon and that and remind your self that in the event that they are able to't settle for then you definately there words could advise not something to you through fact if there is not any appreciate no popularity then they are able to't comprehend you hence they could stay out of your existence. sturdy success to you and your spouse, and that i guess your nephew is a cutie :)

I really feel for you. Malign manipulation in the family is poison. I suffered a spell of it a short while back and it drove me to the edge. I tried to detatch and distance myself as much as possible, to be stronger and more objective to deal with the nonsense that came into play at mandatory family gatherings. It's hard for it not to hurt, but you have to rise above it.

Remove yourself from the circle and just let them talk and soon they won't have you to talk about if you're not around them but, they will get tired of coming up with lies about you and move on to someone else.

get the person who told lies about you together with the person they told and confront them head on and watch them squirm. dont put up with being gossiped about. either that or give them a taste of their own medicine so they know how it feels...i hate gossips.

The best way to stop drama is to stop hanging around people who like drama. If you're known for being around people who don't generate drama, people are less likely to believe gossip or rumors about you.

Ignore them
Don't react, its what fuels the situation.
Just imagine your on a peacful beach, sunning yourself and relaxing, let it all slip over your head and don't take it personally. They are only picking on you because you react to them. If you don't react, they will turn their attention to someone else.
If your husband says anything (like the "she says" stuff) just tell him you're not interested in any of that stuff.

EASY as letting it end with you... if you hear something, don't spread it around. If you know that someone is going to tell you something... stop 'em and let them know that you don't want to be a part of it... eventually when you stop spreading the drama just around you, everyone else around you catches on....
