I won't ask you to answer, but I will put down a few questions for you to think about.
Why are you depressed? What triggers it? Do you get exercise or enough sunlight? Some forms of depression are seasonal in nature and become severe when you don't get enough light.
Depression can be a really mean monster. And you will need help to beat it. Get help, Sweetheart. And good luck.

Think of all the things you have to live for: getting married and having kids, landing a really good job, working day and night until you're old and gray, putting up with your wife's constant nagging, your children becoming depressed and needing to be hospitalized for attempted suicide. Life's a roller coaster. Lots of ups and downs is what make it so exciting and interesting. Or you could try taking St. John's Wort, an all-natural supplement from your local health food store. What ever you do if anything bad happens, if you lose your job or lose your apartment when you're a bit older, never give up. Life is an adventure and every day spent above ground miserable and depressed is worth two days spent below ground, dead. Good luck, son!!!

When i was your age i remember that only when i was playing a sport i forget my depression, so i try to practice a lot of sports ... In an other way depression usually comes when we have to take choices or to take a desicion about something that afect your life and is for a long time, so you have to think what desicion you have to take or you made recently and think that whereaver the desicion you take is going to be rigth because you take it. Try to read Viktor Frankl.

If you have been experiencing symtoms of depression for at least two weeks that is not situational, I suggest that you seek out a therapist. You do not necessarily have to commit yourself to medications.
You can also exercise more often. People who are depressed can regulate their emotions to a certain degree by exercising on a regular basis.
