how do you know if someone likes you even if they don't talk to you?

i used to love this guy. i have 4 classes with him but he won't talk to me in anyone of them! but i always catch him looking over at me. is he just too shy to talk to me orj ust being retarded?

hes just too shy and he does like you....people that you dont like are sometimes more easy to talk to then the ones you dont like..especially with shy people
