apples give lots of vitamin A and they are said to be more effective than coffee. oranges give lots of vitamin C. Plus they're both sweet and tasty!

Do you mean how are they good for you? They are rich in vitamins and fiber; and apples help to clean your breath and teeth. Both help, also, to regulate your digestion and are good for general health.
