Ok well i go to a private school, so i am not allowed to wear makeup. My hair isnt that managabke either. My friend tells me that his friend has a big crush on me but wont ask me out until i look a little more decent. i have to wear a uniform i cant wear makeup and the only way my hair looks good is if i straighten it. i no that guys arent worth it if i look good or not but i want to look decent anyways help!!!!! p.s. i dont have acne thats a plus lol help!

Go to a stylist and have it professionally straightened. Your hair isn't manageable b/c you don't take the time to do it. So how much time are you willing to invest each day is what you need to tell a stylist. Initially try a hot oil treatment once a week and daily some anti-frizz serum (serum works better than anything else). I think its BedHead that makes a great one.

One of my friends has supercurly hair but it is IDEAL. a tad bit of no-frizz serum on it, a lil bit of styling gel while blowdrying it and 10 minutes later it's gorgeous.

Another friend has super frizzy hair and there is nothing she can do. Hours could be spent on her hair and it's still get all over the place.

Either way how much time you are willing to spend on it in the morning is the question to be answering. If your hair can't be straightened quickly, you can get a stylist to put a relaxer on it and permanently straighten it. That will usually last about a month.

And try a tinted moisturizer. Thats not makeup so doesn't violate the rules. And will give you a nice allover glow. Plus must have SPF so its actually GOOD for you. And try softlips. Wonderful lip balm with great flavors cause nothing looks worse than chapped lips.
