This guy asked me if i wanted to go to his b-day, his parents will only let him invite 2-3 ppl and he asked me and his best friend, i havent asked my parents yet, which i will soon. he asked what where the odds of me coming and i said it depended on some things, which i listed. i dont know if he is justing asking me as a friend or as a date. at his party i will meet his parents and sister, also. (yikes) and i think i would be a little out of place, because i dont know anyone but him at his party. is this a date, and should i bring a friend (which he said i could if i wanted to)

Sounds like he likes you. Its not a date. He is shy and wants to break the ice with you and get you to like you more before asking you to the movies or whatever. If you like him go alone..Good luck ;)

dont bring a friend.. you are there to celebrate his party with him. yes it will be awkward..no its not a date... but.. just have fun and be friendly..im sure they'll all wram up to you..and maybe he will too (wink wink)
