To be imperfect is to be unfinished, to be unfinished does not mean you are incomplete. Your 'completeness' is your integrity. Because you are complete you have an innate sense of balance(fairness), because you are unfinished, this sense of balance must be perfected and applied to your actions, mental and physical.
Judgment is using both hands to 'weigh things out' in order to determine true from false. My judgment is the only one I that I must trust, to doubt that is to bring imbalance(injustice) and poor judgment. I hope you were able to follow me.
Thank you, the one I AM, I agree, all of creation is perfect already, that's what I mean by the word 'completeness'.

mine and others answer(s) is yes.
This can be the Only way for a Rationalist, and especially
now a Critical person. (this should and does exclude bad/evil
ones too).
We now live in a critical society,a world now waking
up to this fact.
We also live in a (not-only-scientific) Darwinist
world society; this states that the Best shall rule(god/religion/
hero/ruler, ect). And it says this just because its The leading
scientific theort,teaching and creed.
But you will make a mistake, if you think of all this as right-or-wrong!
A big mistake; for we LEARN from our mistakes, mistakes that are right as well as wrong-there is No
difference(and the so-called experts who say otherwise are
wrong and mistaken(some deliberately, for their own gain).
Look closely at anyone-even an expert- after a reasonable time
a reasonable person will come to the above conclusion. No One
rules, no political party or no so-called unique creed, either.

Yes
Because I make mistakes.
But I can still trust my own judgment because:
A. It's the only one I have so I don't have much choice.
B. I don't make that many mistakes, I'm right more often than I'm wrong.
C. I learn, I don't make the same mistake twice (not very often anyway) and I apply what I've learned to any new decisions I make.
D. I accept, I'm gonna screw up, there is nothing quite as rewarding a learning something new by ****ing something up.
E. I have faith, I've made my share of mistakes and I'm still here, it's gonna be ok, I'll figure it out, I'll get through it.

Sunman's answer is excellent! It is my thought too but let me add that I see the creation in creation as perfect in all the ways most see it (believe it) to be imperfect. For it is only being what is can be and nothing more, hmmm do you see? Realizing this can help set you free!

I believe the soul (the essence of energy or life force) that runs through us is perfect. But regarding physical form - there is a lot of room for imperfection (re: health, for example). Of course we also have to realize that we created the definition of imperfection, so how do we really know if anything is imperfect? I guess it comes down to - the universe is mental and it all (including definitions of perfection and imperfection) comes down to the individual perception of the perfect and imperfect.

No we are not perfect. We inherited imperfection from Adam and Eve. If you really know the bible, then that knowledge will be able to help you with your reasoning ability. The bible says that accurate knowledge is the way to eternal life. John 17:3 We acquire that knowledge with the help of God's Holy Spirit. You can test your knowledge and see if it is according to bible teachings. You must read the bible to do that.

Yes, we are imperfect and we never become perfect.
But we have the rational sense to make progress everyday, we must become better than ourself yesterday.
Today we learn the alphabet, we are better than the illiterate yesterday.
Today we learn to plant a tree, we are better than the lazy man yesterday.
Today we learn to love people, we are better than the barbarous man yesterday.
Remaining in ignorance is bad; learning and practice new things to reach excellence is good. Keeping on like that until our mautre age, we will realize that we are very far from perfect.

No one's perfect unless they mistakenly think they are. That's one. What I am now is the result of my reinventing myself whenever I make mistakes. There's no telling, though, that I will not change, because I am imperfect, and it is bound to happen to me several times in my life. Capisce?
