No.
It still remains on ur hard drive. Just the link of the file is cut from FAT(file allocation table). But if we install and uninstall programs , Add and delete files repeatedly the deleted file may get lost from the harddrive also.
We can retrieve it by using recovery tools. There are many recovery tools available for free. U can search them on google.
God luck

Not quite yet. The recycle bin attempts to keep documents (good and bad) away from use by any program. After you empty the recycle bin, the space on the hard drive occupied by those files is ready to be overwritten by other files. After that space is overwritten it is much harder, but not impossible, to recover the file/s.

actually the answer is no. it is deleted from the view of a common computer user. but someone who knows a bit about computers can find what you have deleted. Even after you format a harddrive forensic equipment can still even find your data!!! The only good way to get rid of something for good is to use an application that can "shred" files. like window washer or norton systemworks

Yes It pretty much is gone. Unless you have a restore program that changes your computer to what it was on the date and time you set it. I'm not sure how the program works, or what it's called, but some computers come with it. Check for it on your computer.
