My boss is trying to eat healthy, and he shared banana chips with us. Are these really a healthy snack, they taste too good to be as healthy as they sound.

dried or fried......dried are healthy

Depends on what you are comparing them to. They are dehydrated so they are not as healthy as eating a fresh banana but they are definately better than a candy bar or a bag of chips.

Uh no bananas fried in oil and sugar — over the top! One cup typically provides 300 calories, 20 grams fat, 18 grams saturated fat, and 19 grams sugar, or 4 3/4 teaspoons of sugar!

most of them will have some form of oil in them... its better if you just eat a normal banana
