OK....so I'm am alot older than that.....BUT, I am just proud of what I come up with so I will share. I booked us to have his/her massages.
For youngsters like yourself.....I have no idea. I remember when I was in school, it was always exciting to have flowers, candy and stuffed animals delivered.
Something small though will do.
Good Luck....if you do too much now, what will you have to look forward to later in life.

How long have you been going out? Since you're thirteen, you're most likely not having sex, but if you have at least kissed, get him a sweet gift involving something he likes to do, and give him a nice long kiss.

also it would be really cute if u but him a card that says how much u love him but then write in the blank spot why u love him n wat it was like b4 u met him n how is afectin you life[in a good way]
spend time wit him cuddle watch a movie watch the stars.. to somethin where u guys can hold each other and tell each other hom much u like each other

Make him a nice card with your own words in it and take him to a shop and share a nice thickshake and slice of cake, then take a nice walk together and just relax :)
