Basic number for everyone....31536000 seconds, that comes from:

60 seconds * 60 minutes * 24 hrs * 365 days.

Now, that's not exactly accurate, the closest rounded approach is that every year has 365 days and 6 hrs which would add up to:

31536000 + 21600 (seconds in 6 hrs) = 31557600 seconds
