Take a base ball bat sneak up on your victim. when they turn sideways to you aim and swing as hard as you can allowing the end of the bat to land half way between the shoulder and elbow. If this person is of any size be prepared to run really fast. For if they catch you you may have your bat used as a suppository upon your personage.
Will you please answer this question ? Why would you want to break someones arm ?

it is possible to break an arm falling down the stairs, off a bike, junglegym, or skateboard.

but if your trying to break someone elses arm, the elbow is the spot to put pressure on. A knee or double arm motion works best. I wouldnt suggest breaking someones arm on purpose because it hurts and is mean.

Well I flew through the front wind shield of a car as a passenger while it was flipping. I have a fractured right humerous, my hand was sprained, I had glass being pulled from my arm when I woke up in the ER and no memory of the accident. That worked for me so why do you ask?

Fall really hard on it? Why do you want to know? It's not very fun to break a bone. My next door neighbor broke his leg and has been on crutches for 4 months now.

If you are seeking a way to break your own arm then you have more serious problems then trying to break it. I suggest you seek psychiatric help.
