You can contact your nearest Animal Control Center and depending on your city's animal zoning laws, they'll either have the owner get rid of the rooster or move it to another location. If that doesn't work, there's always NyQuil! LOL

you're protecting your experience of humour about it, that's the idea. I grew up in a rural area close to a custom line. To this present day i appreciate the sound of roosters and shunting trains contained in the evening. Makes me experience very protect. I now stay in a community close to to a street on the coast, so i'm getting the truck noise yet contained in the lifeless of evening may also listen the waves breaking on the sea coast. by technique of council regulation we received't have chickens on our own sources. decrease back on your difficulty, there should be noise pollutants regulations on your area. i can make a grievance to the community council, this continues to be nameless. honestly i'm surprised no one has complained therefore far, sleep disadvantaged human beings make cranky neighbours.

Call the police, and they will probably take the rooster somewhere else, or the owner has to take care of it...Because it's disturbing the peace. And no i'm not making up "disturbing the peace" Don't worry, they won't hurt the rooster.

unless there are zoning laws which prohibit him having it there is not much you can do. i dont really understand the problem though. my neighbour has one too and it crows all the time, but doesnt bother me at all. just think of it as a little bit of country coming to you. somehow i dont think that will work though...
maybe try calling your local council or police and make a noise complaint.

Most local council forbid chicken and duck rearing at your backyard. Rooster can see Angels and the crowing is telling us they are seeing Angels. God Almighty bless you. Amen

You can start off by making a complaint. If he/she doesn't do anything after he is confronted by the law, they will come and remove the rooster from his/her place.

Really there is nothing you can do. I can kinda sympathize with you. We have roosters and they crow all the time. If it's upsetting your sleep I would get earplugs to sleep with.

Just let a dog into your neighbors gate and it'll have at the rooster. Then, technically, YOU wouldn't be doing it any harm and the problem would be taken care of.
