yes, it can cause heat damage. I would suggest Loreal Heat Protection creme. Put it in while hair is damp before blow drying.

It's not the best thing for your hair. Try adding a heat protecting spray before blowdrying.

yes; it badly dries out your hair.
If you can try to let it air dry a few days a week, and if you can't go to bed right after you get out of the shower; it will leave hair in toussled waves.

unfortunately yes it is bad to blow dry your hair. especially on high heat and fast dry. i let my hair dry naturally but if im going out il blow dry it on low heat and slow dry. also use heat protector spray. i use hot miracle
