Dress really nicely and just strike up a casual conversation (don't look too interested). Just smile, be friendly, but not obvious. He won't know for sure either way if you are in fact interested, but at least you will know he finally notices you. Let him take it from there. If he doesn't do anything, move on. You're young and have plenty of time :)

Well, he definitely notices you but it could be that he do sent notice you the way you want him too. There are plenty of others who notice you in the way you want to be noticed. Keep your eyes open for that person because in due time he will come and you will notice.

put on some really really REALLY bright cloths and put one of those fruit things on your head and some really bright lipstick. there's no way he wont notice you then.
